We use an extremely comprehensive check in process, with both client and coach having a key part to play.

This involves you completing our cutting edge “BIOFEEDBACK” document to assess your status in multiple areas, whilst you can submit QUESTIONS and training videos here too.

We will respond to you via EMAIL either with a VIDEO message, or a detailed written email. 

Within our check ins, we will make STRATEGY alterations, provide VIDEO FEEDBACK of any key exercises you want reviewed, plus answer your QUESTIONS.

TRANSFORM clients also receive 30-MINUTES of LIVE check in calls every 12-week cycle with their personal coach, which can be used and distributed according to your preferences.

If you wish to DIET, you must select TRANSFORM coaching.

For new clients not dieting, we still strongly recommend starting with our flagship TRANSFORM coaching model. 

This is due to the more FREQUENT communication and support provided with TRANSFORM.

EVOLVE coaching is typically best suited to LONG-TERM clients after a dieting phase who don’t need as regular communication, or strategy changes.

Yes. You can either submit a question via our website or you can request a short DISCOVERY CALL (< 15 minutes).

TRANSFORM coaching with GLEN CARROLL is a 16-week minimum commitment.

TRANSFORM with a TEAM ATLAS COACH has a 12-week minimum commitment.

However, to maximise your result and better sustain it, we RECOMMEND budgeting for a minimum 24-week commitment.


EVOLVE coach with a TEAM ATLAS COACH features an 8-week minimum.

Yes! For TRANSFORM clients, we will review 4 x exercises per check in.

For EVOLVE clients, we will review 2 x exercises per check in.

Yes, but only for LONG-TERM clients who have completed 16-weeks of TRANSFORM coaching.

Yes. You can shift between coaching models AFTER the conclusion of each minimum period.

Whilst all ATLAS coaches will have their own skills, we all adhere to the same core PRINCIPLES and methods as established by our founder, Glen Carroll.

We work together as a team and COLLABORATE to maximise your result, no matter who your personal coach is.

To do this, the ATLAS team meets weekly which allows GLEN to assist when needed behind the scenes.

If you have purchased coaching with a TEAM ATLAS coach, we will review your application and strive to allocate you to your coaching preference, which can be noted within your intro documents.

If you have purchased coaching with GLEN, you will be personally coached by him.

No, we don’t provide rigid meal plans. We will however provide you with a FLEXIBLE STRATEGY for you to tailor according to your preferences, plus guidance and recommendations on food choices and timings.

You don’t have to seek a PRO level physique or be a Fitness Professional to work with us, but you do need to TRUST the process and put in the work.

Our standard program duration is 4-WEEKS.

We pride ourselves on elite and enjoyable programming, with anything longer than this typically sub-optimal and/ or less interesting.

Yes. If you have upcoming travel or an unexpected issue arises, you can pause your coaching for a period.

However, sufficient notice must be received, and it must adhere to our terms and conditions.
